WhatsBizPilot provides WhatsApp automation tools, including but not limited to chatbots, bulk broadcasting, and CRM integrations. Our services are dependent on the availability and policies of WhatsApp (Meta).
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
Any activity under your account is your sole responsibility.
4. Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy
You agree not to use WhatsBizPilot for sending spam, unsolicited messages, or any content that violates WhatsApp’s Commerce Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in illegal activities or violate Meta’s terms of service.
Users must ensure they have the necessary consent from recipients before sending broadcast messages.
5. Payments and Refunds
All subscription fees are billed in advance according to the chosen plan.
Refund Policy: (Optional: You can mention if you offer a 7-day refund or if all sales are final).
Failure to pay subscription fees may result in the suspension of services.
6. Limitation of Liability
WhatsBizPilot is not responsible for any account bans, data loss, or business interruptions caused by WhatsApp’s third-party platform changes or user misuse of the automation tools.
7. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our service with or without notice. Pricing for monthly/yearly plans is subject to change with prior notice to active users.
